Copied from an unused footplate uniform dating from the 1920's these period styled jackets are available as standard with GWR embroidered on the collar. The high top button on these jackets gives that authentic pre-grouping look. The pockets are as per the original, with outside breast and right hand lower pockets, and an inside lower left pocket. In keeping with the original item, the embroidery is on separate panels. Renowned for hard wear, our clothing is worn throughout preservation and used by mainline steam crews. BRITISH MADE from a superior 100% cotton drill, these jackets feature correct double lock stitching, and are a good length in the body. Equally suitable for Firemen as the combination of separate jacket with a bib & brace or trousers provides the best possible air circulation for serious work. These overalls are the best value available – We regularly receive reports of their longevity! Available in just about any size from stock, supplied in 2" steps to give the best possible fit.
Measure your chest size as you normally would for buying a new jacket.
