DELIVERY

Goods are despatched using Royal Mail and carrier services.

Footplate Equipment Ltd cannot accept liability for delivery delays caused by the postal or carrier services.

If an item is damaged in the post, then the customer must inform Footplate Equipment Ltd as soon as possible, so that we can arrange return of the damaged item, and replacement.

Please note that Footplate Equipment Ltd is operated in our spare time.  We try to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt, and we endeavour to get to the Post Office about three times per week.  Please do not expect next day delivery.  We are not a big mail order company employing large numbers of staff, nor do we have a fully mechanised warehouse and packing system.
